How do I find my size?

What should I do if a product is out of stock?
Most of our creations are permanent collections and will therefore be available again as soon as we receive the next shipment. To find out when a product is back in stock, simply create an account, if you don't already have one, and add the item to your "waiting list." As soon as the product is back in stock, we'll let you know so you can be the first to place your order.
In what currency are your prices?
All our prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (€). Prices shown in euros (€) are for guidance only, as we only accept payments in Swiss francs (CHF). If your local currency is not Swiss francs, we recommend checking the current exchange rate for your local currency to get a more accurate estimate of the final cost of your purchase. Many banks and credit card companies charge foreign transaction fees for processing transactions in a foreign currency. We are not responsible for these fees.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards or PayPal. Payments will be made in Swiss francs.
How are taxes and customs duties applied to orders outside of Switzerland?
The prices shown on our website do not include delivery charges, taxes, or customs duties. If you live outside the European Union, your local customs office may apply additional charges to your order, such as import fees, declaration fees, customs duties, or value-added tax (VAT). All fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are charged upon arrival of the goods in your country by our local shipping partner. Occasionally, a customs officer may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs, duties, taxes, and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.
What happens when my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. You will then receive a second email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track it. You can find all the details of your order under the “My Account” section on our website.
I made a mistake with my order. How can I modify or cancel it?
Once you have confirmed your order, you can no longer modify or cancel it via our website. If you have made a mistake, and only in such cases, you can contact us by email at orders@avani.ch explaining what happened so that we can take the necessary steps.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare it and it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. During holiday periods or major sales events, it may take us a little longer to prepare your order. In any case, we will inform you as soon as your order is shipped.
In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Europe. We do not deliver outside of Europe for environmental reasons.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country:
- 8-10 CHF for Switzerland.
- 8.5 CHF for France
- 16 CHF for Europe.
You can find out the exact shipping costs by updating your delivery address during the ordering process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Parcels sent to Switzerland do not require a signature. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. If your order is urgent, you can choose priority shipping, which will take 1 business day to arrive in Switzerland.
For international orders, delivery requires a signature upon arrival at the final destination. It can take between 5 and 12 business days to receive your package, depending on your country and customs procedures.
If you refuse part or all of your order upon delivery without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes.
What should we do if a product is not suitable for us?
If you are not satisfied with your order, or if it is not the correct size or color, you can exchange or return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving the package. You cannot exchange your purchase for an item with a different product code.
Returned items must be received in their original condition – undamaged, unused, unstained and unwashed.
For exchanges in Switzerland:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (we cover the costs associated with sending the new package).
For international trade:
Likewise, the shipping costs to return the product are the responsibility of the customer (we bear the costs associated with sending the new package).
For returns to Switzerland:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For international returns:
Similarly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping a return from abroad, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Returns are processed as a refund to your original payment method. We do not refund original shipping costs.
Returned packages can take a few weeks to reach us, depending on your country of residence. Once your return arrives, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund has been processed or your exchange has been shipped to you.
How do I exchange or return a product?
1. Contact us by email
Send us an email to orders@avani.ch with your order number, a description of the problem (if there is one), whether you want to exchange or return the product(s), and the new size/color if you are exchanging. We will then provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning your order.
2. Post the package containing the item(s)
Please pack the item(s) properly in their original packaging if possible.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@avani.ch, providing your order number and a description of the problem. We will address the issue as quickly as possible. If part or all of your order arrived defective, we will cover the return and exchange costs.
