The Avani adventure began with a personal trigger for its founder, Delphine Haccius, with the tragic accident at Rana Plaza in Bangladesh. This accident, a symbol that epitomizes the abuses of fast fashion, resonated all the more with Delphine, who had been immersed in the world of fashion from an early age thanks to her grandparents, one in the spinning mill business in Alsace, the other in the fashion industry in Paris.
From an amateur passion for styling, Delphine decided to make it her profession by offering an alternative to disposable fashion: a contemporary dressing room in line with today's ecological and social challenges.
